I understand where she is coming from, with everyone just assuming that you have internet access.

Maybe I can copy the registry from my laptop. OOPS! Did I say that...

Ah well, it's technically not illegal unless you dont own the game.

Besides, they wrote a whole song for EA ;)

Who is this Phenalpt you speak of? :P
Sadly, the only Floyd album I've heard completely is The Wall.

Haha, I can't even get it right when it's written right above in the quote :? At least 'alpt' is vaguely pronounceable - I like my version better :P
That said, Ptalneph, uh, I guess you should listen to other Floyd albums. Stick to stuff before The Wall, though; after that Waters left and everything went a bit prosaic.
Beyond that, the other two of the 'Big Three' are a good start - 'Dark Side of the Moon' and 'Wish You Were Here' - though the first I find a bit easy-listening-esque, and the latter has a lot of instrumental noodling about bookending it which may or may not take getting used to depending on the kind of music you listen to. Aside from those, if I'm not boring you to death just explaining here, I'd suggest 'Animals', which is quite Wall-ish, 'Meddle' which is quite like Dark Side, and 'Piper At The Gates of Dawn', which is quite unlike any other Floyd albums aside from its direct successor and is completely batshit space-rock.

It's all pretty listenable, though, unless you count 'Several Species of Small Furry Animals Gathered Together in a Cave and Grooving with a Pict' from Ummagumma. But don't.

Waters left after the final cut, if i'm not mistaken, not the wall.

Ah, true. Well, it just gets prosaic after The Wall, Waters or no Waters, then ;)

Spore will cost 60€?

Not only does it have a pain-in-the-butt DRM, but I'll still have to pay extra?

Right...

I'll pick it in the discount bin.

For some reason I've lost interest in Spore. I was interested in Spore when the first press releases came out, but I've seemed to have "not-bothered-getting-now" syndrome. Being over hyped may of played a part, but I've just grown a little bored of it. Maybe I'll join you in getting it, when it's in the bargain bin.
