Does anyone know what's the difference between a cover letter and a motivation letter?

Thought so. Which makes me wonder why they're asking for a cover letter and a motivation letter.

Can you ask them for clarification? Although, it's likely they consider the cover letter to just be a summary of the CV/you and the motivational letter to be a summary of why you want to job and why you're the best candidate.

/me has returned from a weekend full of fun. Sadly I'll have to get up at 7:30 AM tomorrow while my average time of waking up during the last few weeks is somewhere around noon. :(

Sometime during last weekend we watched "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas". I've been thinking long and hard about that movie and ultimately don't consider it a decent watch. It's very confusing and psychedelic, and while I can slightly understand why it's considered a cult classic I think the movie just gets too caught up in trying to be 'different' or showing the results of drug abuse that the underlying message (concealed by what little storyline there is to be found) gets lost together with the viewer's sanity.

Which way did you pass shadow of chernobyl? There are 7 ways to do it.

Dont read the fine print unless u like spoilers

The first 5 ways dont reveal the main plot. To do them, go to the wish granter and:
-if u killed the freedon and duty leaders, you will want to rule the world. You will then be absorbed into the wish granter.
-if u have tons of money, you will wish for more money and drown in it.(not quite true, but i wont completely spoil it for u.)
-if your rep is terrible, you will want to control humanity. The world will then end... except for you.
-if your rep is great, you will want the zone to disappear. It will, but you will also be blind.
-if you dont fit any of the above criteria, then you will want to be immortal. you will become a metal statue.

The other two ways are to do the main plot and either join or kill the C-Consciousness. Thats all im saying.

Right, meeting with the mortgage place tomorrow to get all the paperwork done. According to them and the estate agents we are looking at likely 3-4 weeks and then we can move in. Will also be going up to the apartment tomorrow to have a better look. I'll try and get some photos.

Landlord of current place texted me saying he wanted to come up and take photos this evening. Not on his life. 24 hours notice minimum is the law in Ireland, and he better bloody abide by it.

I do wish we knew for sure it'd take only 4 weeks. I'd give our notice then.
