Drat. Wendryn won't fly me to London to play. :( She has seen me play, and doesn't figure I have a chance at winning. She is probably right.

On a more serious note, I almost wish I had played Defcon rather than just buy it and observe its magnificence.

According to their site, Quarks in Guildford is a centre. Funny really, since I only recently discovered it exists and visited it all of 3 days ago.

I don't think I'll be joining though, I'm not particularly good at Defcon.

It all sounds very nice but most of us that do want to play can't get to those centres :roll:

*sighs*...oh well. Guess ill just concentrate on the 'unofficial' tournament for now, the gaming structure even seems better too than this 'official' tournament
