Wowness.... congratulations guys - you KNOW IV is gonna be going for a long time, DEFCON is going to be huge. As long as the creativeness that has spurred IV's success doesn't run out (which we know it won't) I doubt IV wi'll be going anywhere any time soon. Congratulations again, and see you on the metaserver friday. I'm looking at you, ScareyedHawk :P

Ah, the sweet smell of nukes in the morning. Thats gonna be my saying early saturday morning after a night playing defcon.... You guys kick ass for making such a cool game without the need of 3D graphics and a big budget. Plus, your english! :-)

YAY!

The disc...it's so shiny...

Can I have it please? :D

And as for the button thing, yeah there should, but we'll just have to settle for the big red button in-game that launches 5,000 pounds of nuclear death at your opponent.

Bravo IV! Bravo!

Would it be too late to ask for a button that would launch all of my nukes in one go? :P

(Note for the humour-impaired: This is a joke...)

Jay! Golden Happiness!

I wonder what happens with these gold discs after they're used. To they send them back to IV so they can keep them for safe keeping? Do they just throw them away? Sell them? Is there a Big Vault Of Gold Discs (called Fort Hacks, I believe) where every gold disc ever produced is stored, like the last scene in that Indiana Jones movie?

There is no discussion... The game is done in C++, not Forth. :p
