indeed, but I was meaning that IV haven't forgotten it! And he also mentioned that uplink MMO would be cool but didn't say it would happen.

I remeber starting a thread ,a year or so ago, about if a Darwinia expansion would be released, i was shot down by an angry mob at the time but i read with interest that Tom doesn't rule out the idea and even hints at something cool along those lines!

Just as a point of information, but multiplayer functionality has been hinted at since day one. Is there some other content that you are refering to? I ask because I was probably one of the angry mob, and, if it has turned out that, over the course of time, I am incorrect, I feel I should apologize for flaming you. If you can point to some other content that you mentioned, I would be more than happy to make ammends.

Just re-reading the thread "Darwinia 2..errr..no...Expansion pack...ofcourse!" in the Darwinia forums from a while back,makes hilarious reading especially the last page where Rkiver is insisting that there would never be an expansion then says that he would consider the addition of Multiplayer as an expansion...priceless considering Toms interview.
