Because it's £3.75 more! And I don't have space for more game boxes in my room :-(

Seconded. IV get a larger share of the money if you buy from them (say, 100%). If you have the option, buy from IV. There is no reason not to.

I wouldn't say 100% when you factor in things like CC processing charges. But still a lot more than Steam.</pedantic arse>

On the Introversion Store: "Pre-order before 29th September and get a free limited availablility boxed unit."
Does that "limited availability" mean that only some preorders will get a boxed edition, or that only some preorders will get the box before the launch?
I want to pre-order, but if that means there's a possibility that I won't get a box, then I'll wait.

Am I reading too much into this?

P.S. - BTW, I think the store is broken... I get a MySql error instead of the page.

Just a question...for the free boxed copy, is that also saying that shipping (to the U.S.) is free as well?

EDIT: Not wanting to double-post, I'd get the entire game for $17.50. Just...wow. With a box!

Shipping has always been included in the price.

I cannot WAIT for this! I've been with Introversion games since the original Uplink before it was sold in the US. Loved it, played Darwinia into the ground, got the big-ass poster, and now this! Ordered it literally 10 seconds after seeing "Introversion Software" on the main page. I love these guys and the quality games they put out!
