My gf used to provide instruction for secretaries, principals, and other administrators in the use of computers at the school district here in Reno. Every once in a while, someone would ask a really stupid question, and she would tell them to RTFM. If they asked what that meant, the response was 'read the manual'. Most of the admins never figured out what the F was for. Gives you hope for the future... =\
