We are starting the beta test of the linux version today. With your help we hope to be able to produce a quality Linux release of Darwinia.

If you have been selected, you will have received an email giving instructions on what to do. The purpose of the test is compatibility testing with the different linux distributions and hardware, so any feedback along these lines will be greatly appreciated!

If you haven't been selected, don't lose heart. We have selected only around 50 of the beta testers who applied, but we will be selecting many more in the coming weeks.

Woo! Go cross operational systems gaming etc.

Nice to see that just like Uplink, Darwinia will be available for all types of computers.

Thanks for the opportunity to beta test the Linux port, John. I hope to be one of the phase 2 Linux testers when we get to that point.
