hey... those of us that have not got into the alpha-testing may have a better chance of getting into beta-testing... i think its funnier 2 play the game rather than just watch the pc playing it... (or are the alpha-testers also testing beta when that time comes???) :?

1) The point of alpha and beta testing is not to play the game for fun, but to test it (hence the title "beta tester"). While you do get to play it, you should also be looking for bugs, and doing your best to make the game break (because if you can make it break, it is likely that some idiot player will do the same thing). While it is always nice to have fun, that is not really the point of beta (or alpha) testing.

2) I assume that the people who are currently alpha testing will be invited to continue testing as the betas come out.

makes me regret writing that first post. :( I like alpha testing because it's new and there is more chances of bug. with beta, less bugs which makes me not stand out much.

My little sister looks up to me. But she is ten, and only four feet tall. Then there are the first graders where I work. They look up to me, too. But they also think that I am Spiderman. Last week, I wore a Spiderman-style t-shirt under my normal shirt, and allowed them to get a peek at it when I "wasn't paying attention." That made them very happy -- it confirmed that I really am Spiderman.
