we all know that person. i am convinced that we have here 1 person with 2 names and 2 keys allied together in a 2v2 game!

I see what you mean. There are four players:

White knight (id 436491) as Russia [one can detect some pattern here in choice of territory]
moth (id 72098) as Asia

vs.

Ojin (id 3185209) as EU
Aries Cloud (id 3185161) as SA

The only candidate behaving very strongly is Aries Cloud as SA as he is literally not playing at all (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198002385137). Moth and white knight are not the same person and I am convinced, that Ojin and Aries Cloud are different as well (as Ojin is still a beginner from setting and playing, but SA has at least a silo fivepack plus tobi silo). So if someone is cheating, it should be Aries Cloud being identical to either moth or white knight. Both have no simultaneous actions with SA, however, no player has that, as Aries Cloud has nearly no actions at all.

I don't take this game as proof for cheating (few evidence). Especially, I would rule out that two allied players are identical in real world here.

moth is showing a good show here. not easy to see.
at first, i found these 2 keys with the name moth.(White knight (id 436491) as Russia and moth (id 72098) as Asia).
at second, i am covinced he switched there and back between the keys pretty fast.
at third i saw before that game starts, that moths go into the server and out for many times. i think to disguise his intention. same with the chat talk. sure this is all no proof but i am pretty sure not only at least because of same names with different keys out of other games.
i really hope Senator will be back soon to check the ips of both player names. maybe this will be an evidence.
you need to take a look at the actions of both players. thereis never to see actions at the same time. only with a delay. also the chat talk is a fake.

If the server Admin would make an IP check I would be very happy. From the records alone you cannot judge safely.
