Im reporting a player named Head Master who was asia and had a pretty bad language... and most importantly kept trashing others and ... kept the game at minimum speed for no reason at all.

I was in that game, he had a noobish fleet setup (subs mixed into regular fleet) and was chased even before defcon 3, when u cant quit alliance and have to micro every single order. And he had noone to ally with. Its not excaktly "no reason" to be pissed.
