I agree with Mike, especially in this case (though I haven't watched the recording). In Africa vs Russia, the key for Russian victory is the Indian. You must control it or at minimum, prevent Africa from exploiting it.

Here's a tip for getting to the Indian; don't go through the middle of Indonesia. Instead, get into the South China Sea, stop at Singapore and then head due south to Australia from Malaysia. It's faster. The only draw back is you are even more constricted, so you have to be prepared for Defcon 1.

btw. You still have some games to play in 1vs1 in this tournament (with Zorotama for example)

What do you think all this practice is for? :) I didn' realize that tourny was still going on or is it a new one?

lately I have been doing much of my work at home. so If someone can tell me what games i'm expected and when I will be there! And Ace Rimmer thanks for the epic matches today. I learned alot and I appreciate the advice! You Rock!!

The 2v2 tourney is open format, so you play when there's four of us around and willing. There's no schedule or minimum games.

Also, you're welcome. Props to mvpe though for a good show. (mvpe, you had a good shot till that last naval encounter and the unprotected sub push)

I just wanna say that I beat Tom the other day, but I got very, very lucky. I kind of baited him into becoming overly aggressive, and he spent too many nukes trying to chase down my navy.
