Thindigital vs Peace&Love

Just played a great game with PnL....

Random Territories / Default scoring,

I got NA, PnL got lumbered with Asia, i know shes been building a rep and I specced a game of hers vs RC where she pretty much butchered him so I was very very scared

I decided unorthodox tactics were the order of the day and got my game face on. I placed all my naval assets bar 1 BS and 1 carrier in the Pacific, the remainder to make an alert force in the atlantic narrows. I planned to evade her fleet in the Pacific by splitting my large fleet to the north and south of the ocean. I used groups of 3 for subs carriers and battleships, placing subs on the flanks of the battle line to charge with sonar when i fixed her fleet.

She attacked in lines of BS's (running north to south) and I let her through the central gap in my lines, i presumed from her fighters courses her carriers were close behind and launching so hooked my subs round and did some damage. During the ensuing naval actions i fired all my carrier nukes at ghosts of her surface vessals/ping sites, trying to hasten the timer.

My bomber force was pretty much destroyed trying to snipe tokyo from alaska :/

I held on tooth and nail, dodging and nuking in the Pacific and flying bomber missions into India from my sole Atlantic carrier.

I was in the points lead at this stage so went for a full silo launch at her cities (my victorious Pacific carriers had very few fighters for scouting and she had control of her coastal waters) I sacrificed some carriers to her remaining Pacific fleet to divert her and hopefully speed the timer (which dosent help btw !)I had subs in the Arctic and off Indonesia waiting for her response, to my dismay the vic timer didnt come up  , and she just sat there, probably restocking her carriers...

then, a glimmer of hope! her mom was calling her - she was almost ready to concede then asked for full speed - went into full launch insane clickfest mode and ransacked my country the ******* ***** !!!

she sank my indonesian subs as they launched and my arctic ones were out of range

so she won (70/50)

again ....

The most challenging parts of this game were:
1. you killed 5 of my carriers right off the bat. I expected at least two to die but your surpise sub attack took down way more than I could afford in a long-distance naval attack.
2. I lost four subs in the naval war and you found all my others whether out of luck or good prediction. NONE of my subs were able to launch, twelves subs instantly missing from my fleet.

I compensated by:
-Insane management >_<
-Shuffling bombers from my carriers back to my airbases and from my airbases back to my carriers so I could consistently bomb your west coast/ Texas area. I calculated that if I could pull this off, I can still come out with a decent score because my silos can take out your east coast if the fire was concentrated.

Where I was lucky:
-You used up a lot of your silo nukes on my navy, which you didn't hit much because you were blindfiring. If you had all six silos your score would've been higher :D
