Creator vs Nukelord

Peace and love seemed to be getting all teh attention around here at the moment which just isnt right for a game about nuclear warfare so i thought i'd write this up.

Like almost all 1vs1, this was a long close game which was ultimatly won with naval dominence. Default settings, random territories.

As it turned out i was NA vs him as europe (see what i mean about naval power). the naval battle was all out, no holds barred. Which i ultimatly won but with only 5 carriers surviving. I then caught some of his subs by scouting around but i didnt think i had caught all of them. I started attempting to scout europe while he attacked me with bombers (both nukes and naval attack)...i eventually ran out of fighters toof ar away from land to refiill and he destroyed to my horror all but one of my carriers. Meanwhile i had destroyed some radars and he had done the same. I tried several times to scout using a mixture of fighters, bombers and nukes but never got anything more than a radar and it cost me my last carrier. He eventually launched from the pacific! at LA and SF putting him firmly in the lead. Now we reached a stalemate with neither player having anyway to scout the other so neither one wanting to launch.

I launched half of my nukes from my silos only for him to launch from the cost of aouth america with 3 subs and hit 4 of my silos but didnt kill one. He then launched from his silos in two waves (2 waves of 3 silos). I then surfaced my subs skilling four of his silos but the victory timer was in the 30s, nukes were landing all over north america and i had about 20nukes left. I fired and prayed.

It was a tough game, but you deserved to win, you played extremely well. Things could have gone better for me at the end had i not lost practically all of my bombers destroying the rest of his carriers. I decided to send a group of subs over the north and through the bering strait to nuke the west coast and end the stalemate caused by the lack of scout information. Most of my subs in the atlantic had already been destroyed by his carriers so i was unable to destroy his silos when he launched, i should have gone for his cities to gain points which could have helped me hold out in the end.
