Introversion

So I lost today as Russia vs Asia (sven laden) because I forgot to move my subs from top of Russia to Indian ocean. I lost by like 5 points because I couldn't kill his Indian cities. I had scouted 3 silos and blinded one, but I still lost. I also lost once because I accidentally did launch mode on my subs under his fleet instead of active... So, dumbest ways you guys have lost?

My dumbest loss was against Synthetic a long time ago. I had rogue target while launching at cities, something i could have easily fixed. Instead, i was lazy and figured it didnt matter since i was going to win. I lost by 2 points and the city that the nuke was supposed to hit had 2.4 million left. Would have won with that nuke.
