A New Personal Best

Postby Smiling Buddha » Tue Jun 05, 2007 11:52 pm

I was dealt South America, and immediately allied with Africa. I set up 'the Feud' just south of Sao Paulo, with the intention of an early launch; and split my fleet either side of Mexico, with the aim of wiping out NA. 3 subs went below Mexico, 3 set sail for Indonesia, 3 sat below Spain, and 3 were positioned in range of Kinshasa.

When Defcon 1 came, I launched my subs at London and Western Europe, flipped all my silos on NA, along with some subs and bombers. It didn't seem like there would be anyone left in NA, so I switched the remaining six nukes in each silo to West Africa, also sending bombers and launching my subs.

Once my Indonesian subs were in place, I launched on Asia's (Wikket Clown's) unprotected (although not unspoilt) cities.

Somehow, I managed to more than double my previous personal best (low 200s)! Also, Sao Paulo escaped unscathed.
