Comeback

Postby PUNK » Wed May 30, 2007 6:09 am

Quite an interesting game. Being that defection was off, I got what I thought was the shaft as Africa. The game didn't start off well as I had SA and Asia attacked me from east and west. Started off the game about -75 after losing Cairo and most of my eastern cities. Luckily, I still had all my carriers and airbases. Since I was in 4th place, the silo launches didn't come for me and I waited. Down about 310 to 120, I launched my silos against Russia, Europe and Asia (the leader), who had lost all of their silos. Starting at the 45 minute timer, I launched and hoped. With the help of 3 subs and a dozen bombers, I was able to take the lead around 7 minutes left. To be honest, I wasn't paying much attention to the score till I heard a bunch of messages.

I know what you're thinking. "Did he fire 10 nukes or only 9?" Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement I kind of lost track myself. But being as this is a silo of the U.S. of A, the most powerful nation in the world, and would blow your city clean off the face of the earth, you've got to ask yourself a question: Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, 'PUNK'?

The Duke? As in John Wayne? Sorry xander, that bit of cinema history is pure Clint Eastwood.

The same way I found out? Right clicking, and choosing 'properties' or 'View Image'.
