Im not sure. I think DEADCOWS judge the set up quite well. He knew I would have to defend from under AFRICA and pinned me down first with his fleet before switching back to the PACIFIC. He was possibly too slow to stop the SCOUT (which to answer RADPOISONs chat question "why does he need the scout when hes launching on cities"...I needed the scout so DEADCOWS would launch SILOs leaving the cities open. More TACTICAL reasoning that anything).
The biggest mistake, and I say this with all due respect, was LAIKA allowing me to sneak SUBs up to the ARCTIC. It was a gamble that paid off.
The mess up with thier SUBs gave us the game finally and proves that determination and hard work will do wonders.
V5j and I are probably not the better players on our own, but we worked together as a TEAM and didnt frustrate each other. We also never underestimated out opponents.
DEFCON is not DEAD, just sleeping sometimes, somtimes drunk, or stoned...but not dead
