Think of a new boxer on the scene making big statements to hype their division and get the big fights = Think of Skynet. I think his posts and the reaction to them have been the most entertaining thing in here, created a challenge and highlighted a sense of humour bypass in a few of you.

Whats more fun?

A player posting that he thinks he good and would like to play a few games with the best players?

or

A Brash big mouth arriving in town saying he can and will beat all comers?

Everyone is! But in all fairness you did (literally) ask for it. Those who see you as a loud mouth upstart think it's hillarious to see you get "put in your place", so for as much trash talk as you used when you announced your arrival, you can expect it to come back at you when you get beat by a player who is more established in the community, and less abrasive in thier manner.

But I don't hold it against ya, your little throw down has brought me more then a few chuckles. Since I have shown to be at least as good or better then you, I think I have made my point.

I think xocrates is part of your good players club and i beat him twice with no wins for him EVER.

I find it funny how you keep using me as your flag since neither me, or any other player around here, ever called me a great player.

Sure, I've beaten some of the big players, but prior to our game I only ever won 1 or 2 1v1 and neither were with any of the big names. You can't even begin to understand how my reign as KOTH shocked me.

Also, if you recall correctly, I never said I could defeat you. In fact, when you first challenged me, I noted that although I felt I should win (prior to game start), I noted I wasn't as dumb as saying that I would.

You are absolutely correct that I have refused to play 1v1 games with you. And I will do same everytime I hear of you, couse:
1. I am not keen on 1v1 games. When I have to decide between "non 6 ppl game" or "not to play", I choose not to play at all.
2. You didnt get to defcon community with BIG banner saying "OMG I am fucking best around here. Mess with the best, die like the rest" etc.
3. Skynet did that, and only because of that, he earned my interest, and resolve to kick his ass if possible - or learn from (if first option prooved impossible, but then I would have to invite him to a 6 ppl game when odds should be in my favour)
4. I have rather demanding job, and I dont have enough time to play all those games I would like. Now I have to choose what will be most entertaining for me. Sad but true. And a game with you wont give me that much fun as with some other ppl around.

- you are one of few players that actually told some nasty invectives to me (I understand those whom I backstabbed badly, thou ) when I didnt want to play with you first time. Just to angry me enough to play with you. Sorry, no deal here. That's why I decided NOT to grant you even a possibility to kick my ass in 1v1.

I just happen to have a list of ppl I will gladly play with, and you are not on it. Sorry.

Its very interesting that I'm one of a 'few' players who have used bad words to you. You have obviously seen fit to criticise more than just me in game and been told where to go in return. Getting me angry is hard to do and I guess you have developed a unique skill in upsetting fellow defcon players.

EDIT: and to be honest you'd have a very fair chance of beating me 1v1 as I'm far from great at it. You just acted so superior in a 6 player game that I wanted the chance 1v1 to see if you could prove it. Are you related to Sky?

This is the effect i was going for. Reddwarf hit the nail on the head. If i came into the forum and stated "hey guys i think im a fairly good player. will some of the better more experianced players come and play with me, pretty please with sugar on top?" To me that sounds weak and I probably wouldnt play someone who says that. If i see someone who says there the "badest motherfucker around and can beat you with one hand tied behind his back" Thats someone i want to Play! If for the only reason to show this cocky guy HES NOT THE GREATEST!. Look at the forum response's I got exactly the feedback i was looking for. It drew the majority of the good players out and ive gotten to play them. I know im not the most popular player because of my attitude, and believe me that ill be crying myself to sleep tonight because some people on the internet dont like me..boo fucking hooo! As for you xocrates ok i see your not saying your a good player. I though you were because of your defcon school. Usually people who teach a skill know a thing or two about it. Last but not least I just thought the forum could use someone to kick things up a bit. Ive read some of the old posts before and they seemed as interesting as two flies fucking. Now you see post where people say "PUT HIM IN HIS PLACE" "BRING IT ON SKYNET" "I'LL FUKING KILL YOU SKYNET" ok no has said they want to kill me yet but its getting to that point. Calm down people ive stoped posting that im the number one stud in the universe.
