After a losing streak numbering in what seemed like 100s, i hit upon a way of increasing my chances considerably!

At around 1600 BST, when i get back from work, players such as weps, caligula, JESUS, feud etc aren't online, hence they don't join my games and kick my ass! Homeowner wins more and is a happy little Homeowner

That is definitely the way to win games. Although personally I'm happy with a top half against anyone, unless I come second by 1 or 2 points to someone.
I've been playing Homeowner quite a lot lately, and let's put it this way: I prefer to be racing with him than fighting against him.
