A Great Big Thank-You

Postby shinygerbil » Sat Mar 10, 2007 4:20 pm

...to all those who've quit on me in the last couple of days. It's been really entertaining, playing you for the few minutes each that I have, whether in one-on-one, 2v2, 6-way or whatever; I haven't successfully finished a game in a long time.

Oh, I'm sure they all had 'connection problems'. Though, while for some its a hardware problem, for others its a PBKAC.

Well, ironically enough, I just had a housemate pull the plug on my router just before the end of a match. Sorry guys, you know who you are. Enjoyed the game!

Sorry to hear about that. If you ever see the server (The Day After) thats my server. I never shut it down after a game starts. Even if I have to quite the game and go do something for the wife or kids, I still leave it running for the other players.

The funniest quitters are those that play you 1vs1 and the second they realize they haven't optimally distributed their forces against you they say:"Omg dude ok you win."
