Without a doubt my worst Defcon session ever. Not a single win (out of four games) and not even second place in any of them.

First win to N00berpower... I didn't feel bad yet as I don't beleive I have ever won the first game out of any multiple game sessions. I had it in windowed mode at 800x600 I think at this point.
Switched back to normal resolution and still lost.
Game 2 I spread my resources too thin and timed it all wrong. Damn credits! (actually, I like playing with credits)
This is me at the 'end' watching my nukes go to waste. Wrongly assuming that the euro-russian-asia alliance would hold (it didn't) and Russia would launch, I tried to take out those pesky Russian cities. He waited too long because Asia broke off and ruined my plans, as his silos (which I couldn't see) where in defense mode because of Asia.
Too bad you can't re-target in mid flight.
I did manage a positive score.
Game 3 was worse. Those credits again, I spent too many on carriers, left my coastline defenseless, and paid the price. Africa took out most of my population and installations.
Game 4 was better than 3, but only slightly. Nobody was able to hit NY.
Like I said, great fun, great players in all the above games.
If you have icq/msn etc. send me a PM, maybe we can get a regular game with some good players going, i am sure roflamingo and some others would be in.
