Howdy... Been a while. Don't recognise many of the names on here from years back (Good thing- shows the game is still alive and kicking!).

Anyway, I'm going to be around for a few games this evening after a lengthy (self imposed) absence from all things defcon. Be good to see some old faces, or just have my ass handed to me by some of you young 'uns. :D

Which is the best server for 2 v 2 or 6-way carnage these days?

Now a days you can only get a Diplomacy game. You can ketch a 2v2 once and awhile..For 1v1 I think the only time you can get a good 1v1 is during the morning hours US central time when TOM is on. :p

Had some cracking games this weekend- including a close run 1v1 with TOM. Also was perhaps confused with another player (baton) lol

Pleased to see defcon is still alive and there's some handy players still around.

Will try to get on again soon!

Seems to me that since people are still in here posting over the last few months the game is still alive.

It's a good thing. I always thought this implementation of Wargame's "Global Thermonuclear War" game was awesome.

Good alcohol, chips & dip type of game late at night on weekends.
