Quake servers

Postby Laika » Sun Apr 21, 2013 4:07 pm

Suggest / complain / ask anything about the servers.
___

Owners:

1) me (laika_rus/space dog)
2) The Doctor

Admins:

1) kudayta
2) Senator
3) Endless
4) Red
5) Deadcows
6) Baton
7) LSWP

Reasoning of ban / kick etc. is up to admin.
___

This is a news part. Right now recordings are unaccessible, recording files themselves, however, are present. Ask me for a link, if you really need one. I want to fix it eventually, but I'm into more important things right now.

2. 1v1 Default
3. 1v1 Random

deliberate use of nuke stocking, you really will ban players for that? Oh and the servers are awesome thank you so much! I was in 9.diplomacy we were all green and when we hit ready, the colors began to change and form teams,we moved to another server. If I use it today I will speak up if it happens again.

Thanks Nukraine! By "nuke stocking" I mean launching nukes into the void - making them counted as existant, but de-facto they are out of game.

Many thanks for reporting the error; I changed config a bit - it seems to work fine now: http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/540 ... 5D3D7CB85/

I had no idea that could be done. Thanks for explaining.

Thanks for the new servers. I needed a switch from the typical diplomacy! :D

Awesome! been playing it. I would like to reguest that the option to share radar be a option, just as cease -fire is.,I very often will give peace to non-allies and getting their radar and giving my own builds trust and turning it off ends trust. As you know turning of radar to a ally may be a prelude to a surprise slbm attack or the start of a general attack. I just had a game where I gave peace to a non green player but could not share radar,I know him and trust him,but sending him my radar is still something that would have been great. The tradeing of intel amongest players goes along way in diplomacy and radar share is just another weapon to be used. Diplomacy is messy and very bloody! Thank You for the server!

Hay dogs, there needs to be random territory, way to much problems come from picking your territory.

These are nice Laika. I also appreciate your clear explanation of the (most reasonable) rules up front. Thanks again.
