To be honest I would leave just "unusual circumstances". I doubt death of 20 children in one day throughout US in, say, car accidents would draw nearly as much attention as CT gets now. Meanwhile: don't you think that media is delivering a clear message to all would-be murderers that they will be FAMOUS if they do the same ? You are bullied by other children, and PE teacher is mean to you ? Go ahead and shoot and em all, make the entire world know of your problems !
