CE was cheating by playing as two player in the same game. Hes been doing something I call Ghosting, such as by playing in the game, and being a Spectator in the same game to see everyones moves. Also he attacks his own Ally in a 2v2. You should Ban him from all Servers.

In theory, 2 or more people can play while sharing same IP. What we have got is abusing of this option. Spectators with same IP as players are not allowed to connect, though.

We know already that the keyIDs 3116194 and 3118901 belong to CE, as he's claimed credit for them in the past.

I suppose all I could do would be to remove the links to that, then, but the use of that would be limited and outweighs the cost. So I won't do anything UNLESS you start linking to individual images. Dunno. Laika? Nuki?

New Server on tonight Theatre World Diplomacy Premium - Hosted by Anders Breivik (AKA He who cannot be named/Imposter) - noob was broadcasting his own IP so it was pretty obvious...
I suppose hes trying to harvest IP's, i spent some time whispering in his ears, singing off key, me moo moo me me ma ma mo, , good job i'm behind 7 proxies.
