Not that i'm saying it wouldn't be fun but you don't see many die hard diplo players out there.

Well, what he's doing is giving away the keyIDs he's been using to cheat with during 2v2s and Diplo matches. You can skim through the other thread on this matter.

It's even possible that he's cracked the key generation algorithm and is handing out (essentially) stolen keyIDs.

Oh my. You give me too much credit. Introversion knows the truth.

OK -.- , so far the ONLY reason given why you would be doing this is kudayta's, furthermore you have still not explained WHY THE FRACK ARE YOU GIVING THINGS OUT FOR FREE. Until you answer this then I would have to agree with Kudayta's vote to ban you.

At best this statement is disingenuous and extremely inaccurate and misleading. I have on several occasions already given the motivation for my "giveaway". At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I shall quote and repeat myself again here:

As I have already said here: http://forums.introversion.co.uk/defcon ... php?t=3249 this is not about "saving face" or "lending credence" or anything else. There is a dearth of online players and the trend is disturbing. Diplomacy is only as fun as the sum of all the players and Defcon is very much a multiplayer type of strategy game. Unlike Chess, playing against the AI is not very fun. As a member of this community I want to do my part and give back and help give the community a boost by bringing in new members.

I had suspected that some members would bring up the whole multiple accounts issue, but the fact of the matter is, I only have one account. I was very careful to specify and clarify that these "ten" copies would only be purchased as the requests come in.

3. After I confirm you are interested, I will then - and only then - go on Defcon to purchase the code for you. I do not have these codes with me beforehand, I will have to buy them manually on Defcon. These will be brand new codes, never used, never authenticated before and obviously never shared with anyone.

I do not ask this question in any rhetorical manner, but what part of "help give the community a boost by bringing in new members" and "I do not have these codes with me beforehand, I will have to buy them manually on Defcon. These will be brand new codes, never used, never authenticated before and obviously never shared with anyone." do you not understand?

Every authkey that I have purchased for this giveaway has a timestamp and I've also released the corresponding partial authkey combination along with the usernames of the individuals I have gaven these keys to. You don't trust my word, but trust Introversion and trust the other members of this forum. The facts can not lie. Is it is a trivial matter for Introversion to either confirm or deny that the new keys are indeed legit and purchased with a credit card under my name. I have released partial key combination so furthermore the members themselves can tell you that there is no trickery going on here. After doing a simple cross reference you will have no other possible choice than to arrive at the logical conclusion that I am telling the truth. Read your accusations again... with special emphasis on this part: "so far the ONLY reason given why you would be doing this is kudayta's"... You know this to be untrue. How can you possibly agree with kudayta's slanderous conjecture that the BGP "cracked the key generation algorithm and is handing out (essentially) stolen keyIDs" and "giving away the keyIDs he's been using to cheat with during 2v2s and Diplo matches." when the BGP has provided substantial irrefutable evidence to the contrary? (timestamps and partial key combination released with each giveaway and a mandatory double public confirmation from each demo player who recieved each unique key? ) I will not tolerate being falsely accused of being a hacker, a thief and a criminal.

Your remarks, and kudayta accusations are slanderous to the highest degree. Introversion can prove beyond all doubt that I am telling the truth here and that my giveaway is legit and genuine. As both of you have violated the forum's terms of agreement in a bona fide manner (one that Introversion can prove) I am obligated to report both of you and file a complaint.

Well lets see, you have been proved a cheater, by ghosting, using multiple I.D's and even going so far to try to falsify Kud's claims by logging in and changing key's while in defcon (supported by kang). Why would i trust you at this point? Like i previously stated to the contrary that its pretty conspicuous that right in the middle of these acusations you "decide" to spend $150 on key ID's that you just give away.

I'm sorry that you feel "accused" but i believe that "the GBP" is lying through his teeth in this case.

It is irrelevant what you believe or want to believe. I can still file a complaint with Introversion and provide irrefutable hard-evidence proof that your statements and accusations are indeed slanderous. This alone is sufficient grounds to get you permanently banned from these forums. It would not be prudent for you to persist in these false accusations and slanderous defamation.

The difference is that in this case the BGP can provide irrefutable proof that these accusations are indeed slanderous. The BGP has been called a cheater, a liar, and many things. Some of these allegations are difficult to disprove. But the allegation of using "keygen" to give out "stolen keys" or "giving away old keys" and the accusations that the BGP is a hacker, thief and criminal can be directly disproved. Credit card information coupled with timestamps and authkey codes does not lie, Introversion can easily verify the validity of BGP's statements. And as such, the BGP has grounds to file a formal complaint to request the permanent and immediate banning of the unscrupulously slanderous individuals in question.

Look kid, i never said anything about you stealing ID's, in fact I have said multiple times about how crazy it is that you would spend $150 just to justify an argument. And for the record i doubt the IV staff would have a problem with +4 year player of defcon accusing a random crazy who joined on the 16th XD

The statement above directly contradicts your previous statements:

Which was quoted and in direct response to:

It's even possible that he's cracked the key generation algorithm and is handing out (essentially) [b]stolen keyIDs.
