Anyone know where the hell the pictures you take in-game are?

Well, in your Defcon folder? They are bmp-files. Or are you playing Defcon via steam?

Cant you use the filesearch option of your OS?
Searching for screenshot*.bmp should match them ihmo.

Either they are in the Defcon base dir or in the Defcon user dir. Defcon base dir is where defcon.exe is, user dir where preferences.txt or authkey.txt is.
