No one noticed that Defcon 1.6 is out on Steam?

Defcon 1.6 is out on Steam with new Achivements and stat tracking!
There is no Steam announcment, no announcment on the Defcon site and the Steam store page isn't updated to show the new stuff...

Just another friendly reminder to people that Defcon 1.6 patch is now out on steam. The new patch that is only available to steam users, has stats tracking and various achievements to earn/collect.

There may even be more stats coming in the future, such as number ships nuked, allience kicks/votes, nukes launched, full silos destroyed. And the greatest news of all is the Introversion collection is now on sale for £5 on steam. Even if you only care about Defcon, thats cheaper than buying the game on its own, and you get darwinia to play around with.

In conclusion everyone needs to buy the introversion collection from the steam sale and start buliding up their destroyed silos count.

Not sure, but the new stats sure does help when playing. You can tell instantly how many of the enemy units you've killed. Do heavy sea nuking, then check the table to see how many you've killed.

Does the new client enter score by itself? I just played a game and had the impression. This is awesome, I ve been waiting for this so long. need to check the server stats.

How about fixing the ability for players to cheat by knowing how many ships they nuked with sea nukes.
