i found a 60x60 avatar but its not cooler then the 1 i had before.

Well, this is phpBB forum and there is script which can resize any avatar in use. Used it on my forums and never had problems with people who maybe used wrong size avatars. Just install it and you as admin can do it. Everbody will be happy and will love introversion much more then now.
