I did 98.7 mil of kills, plus 0.6 of collateral..why? had to have 0.7 of survivors (while he had 0.9)
He did 98.4 mil of kills, plus 0.4 of collateral.. I had to have 1.2 of survivors (while I had 0.9 too)

You killed 98,7 of Why?s population. Why? managed to kill 0,4 of his own all by himself.
98,7 + 0,4 = 99,1 deaths

Why? killed 98,4 of your population. You managed to kill 0,6 of your own all by yourself.
98,4 + 0,6 = 99,0 deaths.

99,0 vs 99,1 is a rounding thing, game calculates with more than one decimal place.

You won because:
98,7 * 2 + 99,1 * -1 + 0,6 * -2 = 97,1 (your socre)
98,4 * 2 + 99,1 * -1 + 0,4 * -2 = 96,9 (Whys score)
