A DEFCON Windows Vista theme

I'm going to get DEFCON via Steam because I loved the demo. So, being the fanatic I am, i'm requesting a link to an existing computer theme for DEFCON (for Windows Vista). If not, could someone please make one for me? I can help any way I can.

These boards are not populated with people that are here to serve you. If you cannot find a theme, make it yourself.

Don't we already have the antixander hanging about somewhere? (xander-bar, perchance?) Surely we can just wait for him to turn up
