Dedcon problem

When I run my dedcon server I recieve this error:

Well, check your network setup for blocked ports. Dedcon needs to communicate with the metaserver. You may need to tell your personal firewall to allow it to listen to incoming network traffic.

Yeah I had to forward the port on the router for it to work at all.

My firewall is turned off.

Your other firewall, too? And the third one? (The one your router, the builtin Windows one, and Norton.) Something is blocking dedcon's contact to the metaserver for you.
