Resizing Screen Shots

Postby - Tobias - » Sun Feb 08, 2009 6:50 pm

OK, so what's the proper procedure for posting small screen captures? My default captures are accused of being too large. What do I do to correct this?

If you use imageshack just copy the thumbnail for forums code snippet and paste it into the post. Other image hoster work similar.
If you host it yourself:

Code: Select all

If your problem is the filesize of your image (to much megabytes) compress the image. Use some software to save it as jpeg. Maybe paint is enough, dunno.

Use paintbrush.
