The problem with "other solutions" is there isn't anything listed.
In short, people have an easy time criticizing without offering any viable alternative.
There is no reason to break up B/C/D as they are all extremely active. Most of the players from those teams have contributed already. Many have multiple games. Team A is the opposite. The max is three games played (me and Forever Young). The max for other teams is +/- 11
Also, this is just conversation for now (hopefully to encourage the A Team to get out there and play).

I did try to offer an alternative tho, but that got rejected thanks to number crunching.
Hopefully nothing needs to happen, but if worst comes to worst, we should do an IPL-style bidding war

Well I'm kinda new to the ladder, having yet to play my first game, but the alternative to disbanding would seem to be removing the inactive players and replacing them with new applicants. Or creating smaller teams even, drop from 10 or 12to 6 which might intensify the competition a bit. If there are teammates who like to play together and aregood together then you wouldn't want to split them up inadvertently.

That sounds fair.
I've not played a single ladder game yet though have played loads of other 2v2 and single player games.
Not for any particular reason but there's simply been no other Team A members about when I've looked in over the last couple of weeks.
Not sure what's going on but perhaps its just a case of bad timing.
I'm available this evening from 9pm GMT onwards as I am every evening

i say disolve team B and let others get the ladder...that was a joke
ok Team A needs to rethink what they have to do...so i would suggest give them one week from today and they should get around 10 games played with different players....if thats not the case then team A should be distributed with active players only and remaining players should be taken out of the ladder tourney.. sort of a punishment for ppl who sign up and dont play...i have been real busy with my studies and work but still i have been able to pull of a number of games...
