Everyone needs to stop playing regular non ladder games on the Ladder server.
Its a pain to go through each recording to see which is a ladder game when i update the stat page.

I'm out of B team because every time when i join ladder game i have to leave it because of MOR.
He demands that.
95% of games for B made him and never wants to make place for other players.He never make step back.
There is no doubt that he's great player but that type of leading a team for me has no sense. It' seems like private tournement.

I like to partecipate, but i believe that everyone must have the chance to fight.

No hard feelings but i do not accept it anymore.
I'll join some other team or if it is possible create new one.

You don't have to follow anyone's commands, including captain If you want to play- go play. Join official server, post the challenge in the apropriate thread and wait. Why in the world are you listening to MOR??

Mrmot, I can not simply switch you to a different team. There are several reasons why, all of which are spelled out in the rule that you agreed to (without complaining) .

1. The posted reason for you wanting to leave Team B is invalid: Rules: Who plays for each team will be determined by the team and if there is a conflict between team members, the team captain gets the deciding vote. For example, if you have (a.) three players from team A that want to play and (b.) nobody wants to step aside, the captain can make the decision (c.) (assuming they're around). Otherwise, be mature. (MOR) is your team captain and could make that call because apparently all three of you wanted to play [Mrmot, loli, (MOR)]. It may not have been the best call, but (MOR) was authorized to make it. Please note: conditions A. B. and C. must be met.

2. Rules: Team captains are determined by team members. (majority vote is assumed) Not a single person has questioned (MOR)'s status as captain. If there is a conflict between Team B members because of it's Captain, Team B should resolve that (by abiding by the rule I just referenced)

3. Rules: Once teams are fixed, members may be traded. If you can find somebody willing to switch, please let me know and I'll be more than happy to oblige.

Now, regarding these secret rule/s of (MOR), if there is conflict in Team B, that is a matter for Team B to resolve (see #2). Whatever these rules are (I have asked by have no idea what they are), as far as this tourney is concerned if any two members of B play any two members of A or any two members of C and post a game over screenshot from the official ladder dedcon, that game counts and points/stats will be awarded accordingly.

Also, I made it clear that the role of Captain out of game was to decide who plays when three or more of the same team are around and nobody wants to step aside. In the game, the role of Captain is to give the team bonus points (for wining) or lose points (for losing), to make things interesting. In short, if Team B is having issues, Team B should fix them.

The offcial tourney rules are very open and free and are there for good reasons.

Thanks Ace Rimmer for the clear explanation, but in short there is no conflit between TeamB Members, the only one who seems disagree is MrMot and he's free, just I hope for he understand our Team reasons as I tell him before..
