It seems the fourms got a redesign. Kinda cool.

Don't know what the forums where like before this layout but it sucks major balls. For a small time game designers hitting big they sure could of done hella better. Sorry I am a very critical lady when it comes to business.

Personally I don't really mind it. Neat to see a change and there are worse layouts elsewhere too.

Yes and no. I mean seriously if they want to be taken seriously in the big boy world of gaming like EA games as an a example don't use PHPBB for your forums.... Make your own website with your own touches, not this generic poop that every two bid home gown game maker uses.

I like it.

Alright, I'll bite. Why?

Should they use Vanilla like EA does? How about vBulletin 4 like Ubisoft does? Or XenForo like IGN does? or nodeBB like Bethesda? or something custom like Valve, Blizzard, Bungee, etc?


What do the big boys use? From a quick random sample, it seems they use whatever the hell they like, or if they're rich enough they bother to write their own.

I suspect IV isn't yet into the latter, so prey tell, why do you really hate phpBB?
