(MOR) fiddles with 2 silos after beni scouts him. (MOR) says he is "Banking" the nukes after the game is over. Is it cheating or is it fair?. Thoughts? Watch the recording and judge for your self. I say its a cheat for what are obvious reasons to me.

I don't remember I did.. otherwise I said I was banking nukes to hold the timer in anycase "till I use all my bombers." But It didn't affect the way of the game, cause I had already silos and subs till the end.

I don't consider it cheating nor a dishonest way. First because I don't makes ​people ​believe that something is ​true when it is not, on the same hand all who play against me know I'm gonna hold the timer by something..

Banking nukes is not cheating. Just another way of using the BOR method.
