The good point to this story is "My older sister recently told me that i didn't start the fire." You're finally get out of this feeling of responsibility for something bad, which is the most important thing we can do in this case.
About your parents, blaming them won't fix anything. But if you want to change something you shoud be ready to understand and accept these two things about responsibility: That your parents are responsible for this error, and, that you are responsible for fixing the damage they caused..but with talking, love and affection and not with blaming.

Its more that I want Closure and as they done it too 3 houses - I want them to cut me in on the profits they made.
my business is going badly and I need some cash to pay staff xmas wages.....

I talked with my parents before they died, got everything off my chest you should too regardless of their response. Be rres[pnsible for your own future, mold it and claim it.
