Once I get in game the info page on the tool bar freezes my mouse and I cannot click on anything. I can mouse over the territory and radar page, and the game adjusts. However i cannot click anything.
EDIT: The Issue seems to be trying to place units. Once the game gets to DEFCON 3 the game is perfectly normal. Prior to that, I cannot click anything. Something with unit placement is glitching.
I have restarted steam, my computer, tried different game servers; including making my own. Nothing seems to fix the glitch.
I do not have the issue when I am spectating games. Only when I am playing.
Anyone else have this happen?

Maybe the best way to fix is reinstall the game. Or something is happening on your laptop pad, turn off it.
