Generally means drunk, but that doesn't really make much sense in this context. Read it as 'pissed off'.

We should deal with these annoying trolls the same way people deal with them in CS: bombing the hell outa them.

Thread Resurection!

Well having not seen any annoying players in well over a month. I ran into one today in a 1v1 match.

We were only just getting started in the game, he managed to hit moscow, for a grand total of 25mil kills. wow
He then declared, quite seriously, that the game was over, there was no way that I could beat him and that I was a noob.





I would have loved for him to stick around to see how the game was going to end, sadly he left.

I would very much like to bump this thread. Nuclear Ambusher is exactly the same colour (blue) to the person I witnessed flaming for no apparent reason, using the same phrases and same dialect AND under the name of Nuclear Accident. I think the names are pretty much intertwined to the same asshole. This guy is a prima-douche and just ONE-of the many that litter this games community of trashtalking and ruining games.

Yeah, I know this thread is old, but I don't wanna make another one since obviously I will get an reply of "why didn't you use the search function first?"

Okay, so I was just lurking around defcon servers yesterday, looking for some 1 vs 1 games. The duel servers were up, but knowing that about 90% don't know the password for it, I waited for some player to start a game (and that's my biggest mistake...sheesh). I was lucky, considering that I only had to wait like 1-2 minutes. Okay, so I've joined the game, and was welcomed with something like this:
"Hi
r u any good?"
First thing that drawn my attention was his nick - "Smiling Buddha". I don't know why it did, but something was really wrong about it....Okay, so I replied politely and we started the game. He chose Africa, while I chose Russia just to torture myself.
Defcon 5
Just placing units. I am the only one who is using the slowest speed.
Defcon 4
I speed it up till Defcon 4 in order to activate my radars. Yeah, as usual a Radar near by Cairo. I've begun thinking that I was playing against a tough player, so I placed 6 carriers+4 BattleShips+7 subs in Pacific, and gave them a route of going down Australia, to the Indian. Placed some units to sail to Atlantic down SA, and others just blocking the way in Atlantic to Russia. After doing so, I've almost done placing my units, when I am receiving this message:
"speed up, u retard!!!"
I've thought that it was just to provoke me in going to a flame war and thinking that a noobie is playing against me, so I've ignored the message and speeded the game up.
Defcon 3
Amazingly, my fleet was attacked down Australia. I thought that this guy was really good, so I called all of my bombers from those carriers, while retreating with my Battleships. No fleet was detected in Atlantic. Then I am getting this message:
"LOL ur getting ur ass pancaked!"
Defcon 2
If my calculations were right, I've destroyed almost about 70% of his fleet (not including subs, have no idea where they were) while loosing only a VERY small amount of my units. My subs successfully came to the southern point of Africa, and near Kinshasa. I am getting a message:
"U DUMASS, I AM GOING TO NUKE U TO OBLIVION!!!"
Now, I've mentioned his nick before, and judging by that message it was obvious that the real face of his wasn't "smiling", but filled with anger and steam coming from his ears.
I've replied, stating that: "no one disconnects, no matter what outcome will be"
and I get an instant reply of: "KKKK"
Defcon 1
He launches his ICBMs. I punish him by sending all of my bombers to nuke his cities, thus spotting some of the radars. His attacks seem to do nothing to me, so I decide to use my subs to destroy his silos. Just as my subs sub-merge, I am getting a message of " FUCK U U LOSER I WIN LOL!" and shortly, the game is shut down.

Wow. You should've seen the expersion on my face. It was priceless.

Well to be fair there aren't always demo servers visible. They tend to fill up and disappear quite quickly and only refresh every 30 mins iirc. A possible solution is to ask Bert for a login so you can remove password protection from the Duel servers.

That's why I never even mentioned about Demo servers. I need to wait 30 minutes if not the whole hour for one to appear. :S

You know, that would've been great. The duel servers are empty recently, yet there are no Demo servers up. I am going to PM Bert tonight about this

As for me, everything is fine with the player base of the counter-strike global offensive. Especially after 10 years, the game does not lose its popularity. I also like to play it on weekends. Inside the game, I have a small hobby of collecting weapon skins. To get the best of them, I open best csgo cases. It's exciting.
