Hey all,


I help out with a gaming website, Gamesquad.com, and I wrote a little retrospective piece on the history of nuclear war as a game. My article is by no means complete, but it does mention most of the greats (Nuclear War, Missile Command, Theatre Europe, DEFCON, of course :) ). A nice article. I'm now aware of games that predate Defcon's Genre!

It was kinda fun to write the article since I played many of those games as a kid. It was interesting to learn who created them, etc.

I limited the article to only those games where you actually "have your finger on the button," but if I would have included games that indirectly involved nukes, the list would have went on and on and on....
