I recently paid for DEFCON and I never received an authentication key. Its been over a week now. Ive sent many emails to introversion and never got a reply. I never got a message on here. Nothing. Can someone tell me how I get the key?

You should have gotten an email with an auth code almost instantaneously. Check your email to make sure it didn't get spammed. Also, assuming that you bought from IV, you should be able to log into the store and recover your code (using the information that you provided when you made the initial purchase).

I can only refer to Steam version, where key is entered automatically.

I waited for the source code access for over a week and then wrote to support. The download instructions after payment promised 24 hours. Not a tragedy but it sure was enough for me to lose the free time I had at hand to explore it.

Yea don't be surprised or angered to not get any response at all. Introversion is very terrible at getting back to their customers.

My last critical message about the Meta Server has still gone un read for the past month. Not the only one, countless other players have written the same message to Introversion as I did and they have not gotten a reply either.
