Hello, I wanted to ask some other players these, but is Defcon dead? Almost no games not even dyplomacy??? Usualy the most games (CENTRAL EUROPEAN TIME) start from 20:00 pm thrugh about 6 in the morning I belive, howewer I havent seen any games in these time period for 3 weeks now. Any thoughts?

Well its sad that sutch a interesting strategy game is dying. But maby the servers will be fixed.

Well it would be nice if evry player come back. I play if i see games on but there havent been any for 1 month probably nobody is palying since the server is refreshing inacuretly.

I think it has been acting up for days now. Every now and then it isn't responding. But it keeps coming back though.

Most likely not. This would be a really weird way of doing that.

Someone somewhere recently reported seeing some Group 6 servers appearing with wrong number of slots open. Dedcon seems to (naturally) revert to a demo if it can't get confirmation for it's auth key. In that case the maximum number of slots open is 2 and most of the custom settings will also be reset to default. So that's probably that. An admin could go restart such servers if encountered but they'll restart themselves automatically too at some point.
