HERE IS A LIST OF JUST WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AT DEFCONACON, A huge goody bag upon arrivel filled with a techy dream list of items, A 1vs1, 2vs2 and diplo tourney on a LAN system (all players in the same room playing) , A meet and greet luncheon and a formal dinner, lectures from Introversion staff as well as original DEFCON writers, clinics by pros of the game, a tour to the Nevada test site home of the first atomic bomb test as well as all the fun that Las Vegas has to offer.See you there where we can all meet the faces behind the players.

I am almost sure that most of Defcon players are from Europe. So having the convention in Europe would far more logical. I couldnt attend anyways no matter where it is.

That is an interesting question I think there are more American players then European, I could be wrong. like to here what other longtime players think.

It's very easy way to connect via Skype and do a video convention. Anyway it will be funny to see each others faces.
