Au contraire, I would be perfectly willing to part with my cash for the privilege of playing a beta version.
I've already expressed an interest in pre-ordering the game as I think the more money that IV gets, the longer they will carry on making great, unique games like their first 2 releases.
Unfortunately, my desire to play Defcon cannot be solved by paying out some money.
It will have to be a case of patience, not one of my greatest virtues
