Waiting for Defcon reminds me of..... (RoTT reference here! For anyone who's played, while in MP mode, waiting for other players to join would cause funny "Waiting for player X reminds me of..." etc.)

Alright. My first DEFCON box got to me perfectly intact. The second one just arrived today, and it has a giant crack down the side of the box (to the extent that it won't even close). This isn't really an issue, as I have extra cases to store it in, but I promised I would mention it in this thread when I got it.

My copy of Defcon is apparantly waiting for me at home, not had chance to check it yet though. Probably going to go home this weekend though

STILL haven't gotten my copy in the Western USA

Yay. I got my....box?
I'm a little dissapointed to be honest... I thought it would be more 'box' like instead of 'case' like. It's a DVD box... with a funny smelling manual and the CD.
Still, even thogh it's not a 'real box' and there's no nuclear plushie, it's still awesome as a collector's piece (which it was prolly intended as), and it's just nice to have a backup copy of the code, since if my computer decides to die I have a backup. Should prolly also copy my CD key in there...

My copy just arrived in the Western USA in *perfect* condition - it will be going right next to my copies of Uplink and Darwinia, and I am also copying my authentication key on the box and manual.
I'm going to go blow things up to celebrate...
