...Who are the mods for the IV News, IV Lounge, and defcon forums?

Will there be any?

There are no local moderators for just this board. There are global moderators who look over all the boards.
Some people talk because they have something to say. Others talk because they have to say something.

Why even list them to begin with?
First of all, you create a usergroup which houses the mods.
Then you decide if you even want it to be public to at all.

Also, the rule for moderators is like the rule for beta testers.
Don't ask for it.
You may express interest, once, and zip your mouth afterwards.
If you keep negging for it, you'll never get it.

I asked for beta tester and got it. :P

Also, why are our postcounts so low in this forum? Mine should be somewhere around 1500!

Different SQL table for each forum.

I don't know, it's a messed up SQL jamborey.
Though, for the most part, it seems to work.
So, kudos to the webmaster/script coder who managed to tie up all those phpbbs together yet keep them somehow seperate.

Meh, moderatorship is not all it's cracked up to be. Thankfully moderating the Introversion boards isn't that hard as it's fairly quiet, and most people seem to know how to act. Still the odd idiot arrives and spams, but you get that on any forum.

I say the guys here do a bang up job as it is.
