I am serious. Would there be any way to have some red button device that is linked to Defcon? Once you press it, it will either launch the configuration of nukes that you have preset, or will just launch all possible nukes.

I concur. The Engadget article says that the button is really just a configurable USB input device (like a game controller, except with just one button)

So, if IV makes DEFCON's launch nuke command linkable to a game controller... well, it will work!
