Admin restrictions ? Defcon and a USB-stick !
At our office it is not possible to install programs without admin permission. So today I tried this:
Copied the Defcon folder from the installation on my home computer on a memory stick. Then I plugged the stick into the office computer and tried to run the Defcon.exe from that stick. It works !! Connected to servers without a problem. It wasn't even necessary to copy the files on the office computer.
Worth a try if you can't install it because of admin restrictions.

Oh yeah memory sticks are great - they're like removable hard-drives, and you can treat them as such.
